Good technical value for color balance, light, detail, etc.
The background is blown. This can be avoided by light metering with more of the background, reframing the shot, then releasing the shutter.
Something else you can do is to use a Neutral Density Lens Filter. A .6 is a good all around one if you can only afford to buy one. A Graduated Neutral Density Filter is also handy to have.
