About the photograph- Boy I froze my butt off getting this shot. My gloves weren't exactly helping much and just sitting here uploading this image and looking at it gives me the chills. Photographed at Lily Lake, Rocky Mountain National Park, Colorado....I had the whole place to myself. I was pretty bummed when the whole Government shutdown happened and closed the park so I figured that maybe this area would go forgotten about. I bet right. I was greeted by a pretty amazing sunrise and some nice light. That breeze at times though was bone chilling and it was about 22 degrees when I photographed this. Doesn't look that cold huh? I photographed this scene in various compositions, many of which I haven't processed yet but wanted to go ahead and share this one with you all. I think it was worth freezing my butt off for.
