Description
Chimecho is perhaps one of the most unexpected Pokemon of the 3rd Gen.It's a psychic wind chime.
I don't entirely understand the story behind it, and it's not particularly useful either (to my knowledge).
Nevertheless, it's an interesting design and I kinda like it.
