Somewhat of a quicky, wanted to try and focus on some anatomies and such. This is probably the most rusty at painting I've been in my entire life.Related content

The entire body is awkwardly skewed, particularly the hips. Her right hip appears dislocated. I see that you were trying for visual interest by tilting the figure, but it might have been a good idea to tilt the canvas until she was straight up-and-down for YOU, and then tilted the canvas back this way when you were done, in order to ensure that the angle of the figure didn't alter your perception of the figure's anatomy and proportions.
I noticed that some people said the legs appear too short, but I don't believe that's the case in terms of realistic anatomy. They might be short if you are trying to make exceptionally long, stylized legs. The structure of the thighs is a little mystifying. Somehow the thigh attached to dislocated-hip seems as if it must be shorter than the other thigh, as they both meet at the knees in the same place. The angle of the dislocated thigh is not severe enough to explain how the knees meet, unless that thigh is shorter.
Some of the illusion of the legs being too short may come from the way you've stylized the torso. The length of the torso is actually not that exceptional in itself - it's normal for a tall person, and normal for a stylized figure. However, you've made it so narrow (starting at the shoulders), that it gives the impression of a very long torso, versus a torso of normal length that happens to be deceptively narrow. I think the shape of the rib cage likely contributes to this effect, with how narrow it becomes before meeting the waist.
The arms, though sort of uncomfortably or awkwardly positioned, seem anatomically fine.

Ah, I think the painting actually looks fine, and you said it was a quickie, anyway. However, a lot of your past pieces have had sort of unusual anatomy... oddities going on, so you'll have to forgive me for assuming it is habitual.

I love the coloring on the whole piece and the composition on the top half, but it feels like it's cropped on an awkward place on her knees. Maybe the crop could be pulled up about an 8th of the image.
Also, that is an ADORABLE skirt! Range Murata meets school uniform; it's really nice.

Something about the legs is off. I don't know whether they are just too skinny or if the shading or pose is making them look that way. Also her right sholder (our left) looks like it's been rolled (swung?) back too far. That could be a combination of the parisol and the arm sleve making it look like that though. Other then those two points I love everything else. Espcially the lace. The lace looks awesome. I also really like the design of her outfit. The zipper in the skirt is love.
