Or Tavern Cave. Or Tavern Rock Cave. What the hell is this place called??At any rate, it was here that Meriwether Lewis, on May 23rd, 1804, "assended the hill which has peninsulis projecting in raged points to the river, and was near falling from a Peninsulia... Saved himself by the assistance of his Knife" (thanks, Clark).
...This was not going to be an animation.
Was sketching poses for how Lewis might be clambering around on the bluff, and things raged completely out of control from there. If I'd had more time (I'm gone this weekend, starting tonight) I might have spent a bit more time refining it, but NOPE. I'VE DELAYED L&C MONTH TOO LONG.

This is very amazing and makes me laugh like A LOT! It's the Β best animation yet! I don't know about you, but I've read "From Sea to Shining Sea" by James Alexander Thom..and at some point in the book, it tells where William reminds Meriwether about his "bluff" at Tavern Rock..it was a very funny part..since, I am telling you this, and the fact that I will tell you that the book is good, I think that you will enjoy it. XD

I totally love this. This has to have been one of the most scariest and crazy events I remember ever reading from the several books I've read on the Lewis and Clark journey. o_o Wonderful job with the animation and the sketchy like style.

I love the little scuffmarks Lewis' hands and feet left on the rockface as he fell, too -- it's a nice little detail that could easily have gotten overlooked, but didn't. :3 Nice job!
