Description
as the morning light creeps over the roofs and trees,
and the haze of the night retreats from the burning pits of my eyes,
I find myself lost in a strange place.
the previous moments that led me here feel detached from time,
removed from consequence and linearity.
they are not a sequence of events building up to where I find myself.
rather, they are self contained loops.
moving paintings contained within an unstable mind.
maybe nothing lies behind me.
no path,
no story.
I was merely asleep,
to awaken with memories that are not my own.
I cannot piece it together in my mind.
all I can do is carry on,
and enjoy this dreamwalk.
