book cover for Ugay's new book of old stories...This book combines some of Ugay's short novels related to Gay relationship and other love stories.
I was planning to draw two panels at the beginning, one for the front and one for the back. the front one is a guy with frozen fish and the other would be a gal with frozen meat. But due to time limits, only this part is done.
The concept I would like to convey is still about loneliness. As some of my previous illustrations for books, I has tried continuously to portrait the untouchable, unreliable and disconnected bond between different individuals.

this is really nice, I found this art 4 years ago before I learn how to paint. 4 years later, after looking at so many artwork, this art still linger in my mind. I will come here once in a while to just stare at this beautiful piece. That's how awesome your art is

i've been looking at this work for a while and it kept on amazed me.. i can totally feel that sense of loneliness that you described as your concept (now i'm kinda curious with the gal and the meat though i bet if that's done it'll be lovely as well). the colors chosen for this artwork are beautiful.. overall such a jawdropping artwork

this. is. awesome. Amazing graphic design/graphic art. And when you look more closely, you realize he's in shave ice on a fishmonger's stand. I don't know the contents of the book, except what you've described, but it certianly fits!
