I do not wish to add to the endless drone of similar comments, but I must in order to relay my thoughts. I love this picture. It draws me in like a warm fire... or a black hole. I haven't decided yet. He tips from a child to a teenager in this one. The round face, the large eyes, the wild hair--intelligent gaze, composed expression, wise attire. And the leaf, I don't know. It adds the whole world to the picture, and yet it adds so little. I like it.
Your art has been my fascination this past semester. For all the portraits (one, and another I did just because I could) I had to do for AR 101, I chose Timmy. My art teacher was so enthralled with your images, he would never stop asking questions about lighting and camera types and augh. I hope you feel proud to have my art teachers drool over your photography.
