Description They were sliced apart, the five hundred strong,
Through blistering heat they all blundered,
till they came out, all golden and crisp,
Down with one big slurp went the five hundred.

The ghost slides upon the floor,
greased well and hung on a string,
Trying to fool the meddlesome kids,
and that dog they always would bring.

Vying for riches, hunting for fame,
always it was the same story,
but it didn't matter as long as they aired
each and every Saturday morning.
