Absolutely amazing. The crop and perspective is beautiful. I love that the focus is on the bear and the child's face is blurred in the background. It's a sweet sentiment to childhood "lovies".

This can really show the friendship between a girl and her teddy bear (and maybe even the photographer). It's chilly out during this Winter season, so, I guess the girl just ran into her home, all exhausted, and immediately fell asleep on the floor.
