Every year, at days before New Year’s Eve, villains are rarely ever seen outside and when they are, they either run away or insult while running away. The public are completely unaware, for this is a bleak and dark day for the villains of Japan, Extermination Day.

In this day, for 12 hours from 12 in the noon to 12 at night, winged men and women called “Exorcists” trained and cultivated by the Hero Public Safety Commission to slaughter any villain they come across, these angels can immediately recognize a villain from the HPSC’s board and swiftly executed.

To avoid angels, staying in a closed building is great advice. Exorcists do not really come in closed areas. After 12 hours, they immediately leave and next year, it starts all over again.
