I haven't painted in a very long time, so I don't have actual examples, but presumably it will be something like these.
- waist up
- about 140-150$ for 1 character
- humanoids only (not furry)
- no BG (it will be to my taste, but you can suggest a theme idea that suits your character, such as celtic patterns, intertwining branches, flowers, etc.)

Right now there are problems with Paypal payment, but bank cards should work.
