Did the sketch work on this a couple weeks ago, but figured I might as well color it up and figure out a few shortcuts for future work. For those of you who don't know: Judge Death is a counterpart of Judge Dredd, from a world where he has determined that only life commits crime, therefore life itself is the greatest crime. He worked his way into the dimension of Dredd and has been a recurring threat ever since.

He's got so many fun little details that make no practical sense, but they're a hoot to draw!
