Okay! So, first ever critique. Feel free to tell me if what I say here is complete crud, yeah?
Positive points; fantastic anatomy and expression on the face with good movement and depth in the hair. Love the detail on the armour and the tilted camera shot adds dynamism to an otherwise still piece. e.deviantart.net/emoticons/b/b… " width="15" height="15" alt="
Negatives; The hand in the foreground is a little small and out of focus, and the pose of his left arm isn't quite natural so it took me a few seconds to realise the sword was perched on his shoulder. Plus the structures on the right hand side lead the eye away from the main figure and distract us slightly.
