So this is my third set of brushes made on Photoshop Elements 2.0 so it should be compatible with 7 and higherThese one's are more like sparkly brushes this time

For the Preview I didn't use any filters except for sharpening the brushes. So brushes are basically as you see.
The only thing that isn't a brush is the little start looking thing in the middle.
