Cootie may be a very loving and soft lovebird but her feathers can be sharp. When attacking she sends out baby birds to fly around the hitbox, flurries of sharp feathers, or drops eggs on your soul. If spared she will expand her orphanage to the surface. If killed, all the monster children will run away. She will not attack in genocide mode.
