The small piece of underwear crotch cloth on is really distracting. It takes the eye away from the character and, hell, the yellow part looks like a damn horn.

The problem with this design and the statue itself is that is loses the one iconic thing about the New 52 Supergirl - her short " bobbed" hair. It's the one thing the bust of her gets right, plus the upcoming action figure.
By having her hair blowing in the wind you lose what gives the latest Kara her real visual personality, this could be any version of Supergirl wearing the New 52 costume.
