i didn't redraw it, mostly i just used the liquify, smudge tool and added a little b/w overlay, it's not perfect, but i hope you this helps a little bit!

and happy chinese new year! tho i'm not chinese and i didn't even celebrate it, i also get the one-week-plus-2-days holiday!
