Description
This is my first costume sketch I had to do for a Costume History class. This one is from the Italian Renaissance, and I based it off one of the costumes from the movie Ever After. In terms of color I based it off of Odette from the Swan Princess, as I love that princess. She is wearing a juliet cap and a chemise with tied on sleeves or gauntlets tied to the bodice to create the puffs. The waistline is also raised and the skirt here is split or particolored to an extent. I have another one coming up soon, I just have yet to scan and post it up. My scanner eats skin tones for breakfast!Art by Me
P.S: If you wanted to know, I got an A+ on the project

This is so good, the moment i saw it two things came to my mind: Ever after and Swan Princess. I'm actually working on a mini comic settled on the Renaissance age and Swan Princess is actually one of my references
