Back in the business, with a new theme of creation which is mine : Disney Villainesses Pinupificated.

Let's starting with Mad Madam Mim from Sword in the Stone.

What I like about this character is not only the graceful and enticing silhouette she takes on, at some point in the film, it's simple that she had the privilege of being animated by my favorite Sword in the Stone animator, Milt Kahl, especially during the interaction sequence between the Wart and the Witch (Frank was supervising the Wizard Duel).

But we can say that the conception of Madam Mim, before being animated by Kahl, we owe it to the screenwriter who saved the film from oblivion like the sword in the stone, who contrary to the film, sank into oblivion, and this guy is Bill Peet. We don't know how and why he put in the script that Mim could take a seductive look, it's certainly due to Peet's astonishment that there are no Princesses, no pretty girl and no love story in this Reitherman film. So he went into freestyle mode to create a moment of sensuality that will remain forgotten but engraved in the annals of the Studio.

And thanks god George for the soundtrack of this picture, still remain fabulous.
