At first sight I really like this piece, blown up to a massive size would give great imapct!
The background and the way you have applied the pen pressure almost gives a colour dye or oil in water effect were it swims out in areas and clogs in others to give an almost watery like feel
To me she seems to capture rather an animal spirit as it looks as if she has antlers (like a stag) OR that she is cursed by something nature has done and she possesses some power not to mention sensuality aswell EVEN though her features are blurred and you cant see the whole of her body she is still enticing
Overall i will be looking at this creation again as inspiration as this is superb the only thing i would like to know is what is it actually about then again no description leaves viewers open to interpretation

She is so beautiful, seems in love with the planet and feels the pain and will be, not vengeful, just necessary on what she must do to protect her spirit.

*Sigh*
She must of fell victim to a "Fire Crown Fungi". This particular fungus uses mammals and some reptiles as a host. When ingested by food it gets in the blood stream and is on a one way trip to the brain. It then lodges it's self in the cerebrum of the host were it controls behavior. It later spreads to the part of the brain associated with movement. The air being emitted by the stocks is a mixture of spores and and gas they produce that hurts most organisms including it's host. By hacking in the brain the host moves to a desired location to then branch out of the head and reproduce. For food the fungi uses it's now intoxicated host. Sadly the host stays alive till the bitter end and the fungus spreads through the carcass and simple continues feeding while spreading spores in the wind to continue this horrid cycle.

Very haunting piece. Some of the transition to darkness seems too sudden, but I like the look of the overall composition.
