If an organic snake has predators, then every sock equivalent of that predator exists willing to devour sock snakes, even other sock snakes and sometimes organic sock-eating snakes like me, who just enjoys binging on sock buffets wherever I find socks. Headfirst or tailfirst, unfortunate sock snakes end up joining other socks in the stomach of whatever predator can catch them in their mouth. Eventually, this sock snake, just like every other sweaty sock in my coils, will be swallowed whole In the meantime, I'm keeping the yet-to-be ingested portions in my coils, initially tight to constrict or pretend to constrict, then just loose enough to swallow from to enjoy the feeling of the socks sliding on my body coiling around them as they "walk" into my stomach, which I enjoy the feeling of as much as them sliding from coils to esophagus.
