Rowans a bit of a problem, his motto is 'flirt with the lady's, fight with the men' (unless your his friend... and even then he's up for a quick scuff) he's always quick to pick fights, and actually seems to get some enjoyment out of them, give him what he considers a wrong look and he'll start swinging, unless you a woman, then he's more likely to take the 'wrong' look, the wrong way, win or lose he's always up for a scrap, he likes roaming and isn't one to be tied down, he likes having his fun and moving on, quiet the heartbreaker for some and knows his charming, he's stubborn and set in his ways, and it takes a good talking to or beatdown to get him to smarted up, and even then its a coin toss on if he will, but maybe he'll find someone to calm him down.
