Honestly, the way said character has been portrayed, it's nothing short of character rape, not ruination. Ruining would be Luna's character, who has been turned from a somewhat socially shy alicorn into an egoistical bitch sack who thinks mortals suck 'cause they die.

Rape is rape. Rape is the sex between two people where one is not consenting. Rape is not the ruining of a character in a children's cartoon. I really don't try to start things on here anymore, but I really can't stand when people throw the word "rape" around in a context that doesn't call for it.

An you wanna know how little I care about what you can and cannot stand? Oh, and FYI the comic does approach the territory of rape and then tries to tap dance around it, so I'd say my comment about character rape isn't that far from the statement.

I apologize for getting on your case then, thought you were talking about an official comic! Still don't really approve of throwing the word "rape" around (or calling female characters bitches), but if you say it approaches actual rape in the comic (kind of curious to see what you mean), then it must. Lemme explain, it has a scene where one of the characters say's "As payment, you can take my body and do whatever want with it. I won't object in the slightest" and that's pretty much approaching rape zone, then instead of acknowledging this crap, the author try's to tap dance around it.
