hello^^ I just have a fancy printer and a laminating machine I use Photoshop and inDesign to piece stuff together, like the double-sided bookmarks^^ They're very expensive, but I don't know another way Good luck!!

Not really, you have to fail a lot to get better, at least I know I've failed A LOT. I usually study people from life, how the light hits their face, how the face curves inwards and outwards.. Then I build one layer on top of the other (not using layers in the program, but first I paint the base color, then the light, then the shadow, etc.) I have a GIF of the Dorian picture, maybe it can give a clue?: ) lumilumina.tumblr.com/post/136… - I start with a sketch, put basic colors underneath it, then merge the layers. I use Paint Tool SAI, and the 'brush' tool to get rid of black lines. Then I smooth out some things, like the cheeks and where its soft, with the 'watercolor' tool or something else that works for blending: ) Another tip, watch others speedpaint on youtube, an artist you like, you can slow down the speed of the video in the bottom right corner

I'm not sure if this helps? Maybe I should make a tutorial sometime?

Here's more info about the bookmarks:  Back in Norway (And bookmarks)I've been to Latvia for a week with friends, just having fun, going out and fooling around. I think I needed that. Also, Riga is a lovely city with some really grumpy inhabitants x'D They appeared irritated to drive us or serve us or even see us around --'
After, I went to Sweden with my best friend and my fiance, to Närcon, one of the biggest conventions in Scandinavia. It was pretty much everything I expected except being almost entirely outside. That + rain and freezing winds made me regret forgetting to pack my jacket... The Artist Alley was placed in a really bad spot (inside though!), but I sold alright anyway, could have been a lot better:/ I still had a lot of fun during their shows and late-night dance parties and made some new friends^^ 
I've been slow with commissions this time and I'm sorry! I know by that by standards, I'm not late, but I'm usually really quick so this makes me feel bad >> I'll get them all done within two-three weeks since I didn't 

I have leftovers of all of them, (printed a lot!) except Toothless^^
