これはもうイラスト投稿サイト共通の問題だね。ピクシブでもdAでも転載される時はされるし、そういうのは発見次第運営に報告するしか手がなさそう。
しかしdAはCreative Commonsというものがあって、自分の投稿の再利用について条件付けることが出来るから、その点ではピクシブより制度が整ってるとは言えるでしょう。

自分の投稿を編集してるとこの一番下にPublishing optionsってのがあって、それをクリックしてLicenseのとこのUse a Creative Common Licenseをチェック入れたら再利用に条件付けられるよ。その下のAllow commercial useは商業利用の許可、さらに下のは改変の許可。

You have to go to the help desk and report a problem I think. Report the art they stole too, and if you click 'my intellectual property', It's likely that the thief will get banned!

I've reported the artwork 2 days ago but it's still there. Seems dA is not doing their job. ;/
I'll filed the report again and hopefully this will do it.

I've tried the help desk and report the user for abuse and didn't get single word from dA so far. I don't know if they need few more days or dA would just not going to do anything about this. ;/
